You guys!! We just marked the day for the most engagements for the entire year of 2021…Valentine’s Day!
And, that means that now is the time that so many couples begin their wedding day planning- Like YOU! ❤️ Sooooo exciting!!
There are a couple of things that come first when planning has just begun.
1. Pick a Date:: You can’t really do much of anything else until you have that date. So, first thing first- select your date!
2. Make a Budget:: Not the most glorious moments of the planning process. But, seriously… The. Most. Important!
Your wedding is one of the most fun — and one of the most expensive — celebrations you will plan in this lifetime. And while it’s certainly fun to splurge and worth doing so on details that mean a lot to you, remember that your actual marriage begins after that ceremony. Sticking to your wedding budget shouldn’t leave you and your spouse-to-be totally broke the day after you say, “I do.” When you’re mapping out the party possibilities, keep that perspective alive. Think about how you’ll be setting up day one of your marriage, and make sure you like what you see.
